Víctor Manzanares is an economist and tax advisor in the Tax Department. He specialises in tax consulting, international tax matters, real estate and corporate taxation, fiscal planning for estates and for expatriates, M&A, international VAT, contentious tax proceedings, transfer pricing and due diligence reports.

He has collaborated with the firm for a total of more than 18 years, advising multinational groups and family-owned companies on all types of tax issues.

Víctor is a member of the Official Association of Economists of Madrid and the Corporate Tax Alliance (CTA).

He studied Economics at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and holds a Master’s in Tax Consultancy from Instituto de Empresa.

His working languages are Spanish and English.
